I see the main problem as your units are a bit unbalanced. Since the difficulty will be according to your top 5 units this leaves the rest pretty much useless in 4s fights. As stated in post above I would gear down before next days spawn for easier fights. This map I cleared with GG, LA, RP, DG...

I would say that its very dependant on unit type and map. The last 2 days the map have been in favor of you so it feels easy. Also unit type gives a tactic that quite similar to what we normally use.

I wont spend diamonds on free dubloons but I’d love to spend them on resetting the cove. Those battles are the most fun I’ve had this year! (In game mind you)

For the 5th? I had TPB and MF standing upper side of map and LA, GG & LC lower side. Do we all get the same maps? If thats the case you can block all units on the lower side with RoF and kill mage with GG first turn (or second if unlucky hit) TPB block the first spear on top side with MF and...

So with the different experience of battle difficulty we are probably not getting the same maps? My 5th was really easy since it was all spears and one mage. Took time to cut them down to size, sure, but never any danger for my victory.

Did it with one unit KO and 3 on counter. No forced shotdown so dont know about that. I have always hated the skeleton guards, they take alot of punishment. 3rd battle was hardest since the riders can lift RoF

They are building up alot of expectations with the new area. I mean if they release it now with just new shires and a new unit for xataka I will be severely dissapointed.
