Fixed [5204] Stuck on bandit loading

bandit just spawn on the new port al shamal map, when I try to go in, it stuck at the loading screen, ask me to place the units, just the map, no units of either side, And I can’t click the flag to get out, restart the game, and does the same if I try to start the fight.


I am on iOS and with the new update.

Same issue, can post screens, if you need it. Client - 0.57.1.

Client - 0.57.2 is not fixing it, right?

Any workarounds?

Can you update LW's position, for example, at 0-00 gmt?

Now also got this bug. Super annoying as it takes away the best way to farm for specific stuff

Help please. I have problem on bandit map.
Cleaning the game cache does not help.

 

Mine is stuck as well .

 

I have exactly the same issue as Aceman26. Opened up a support ticket. Same map, new territory, no regiments visible (mine or AIs), cannot retreat and have to kill app. Same issue if I restart the app and attempt the same battle. Lots of gold, upgrades, shards and gear lost. This started for me at around 3 pm EST today.

 

I think I am the earliest one got the bug, my second bandit fight after the update land on the only south part just cleared.

 

I'm really annoyed by now. An estimated time of completion for a fix would be great. Or at least give some kind of option to relocate the LW battle so I can get unstuck for a while.
This will only get worse as more and more people will get likely to have their battles pop up on the SC..
