New Continuously TB for Alliance Quest :(

Hello,
the last months I get 9 out of 10 times TB for the Alliance Quest and slowly it really is getting annoying. He leveled a whole level (lvl 16 to 18) only because of playing AQ . Do I do something wrong or is it some bug or anything else?

Quest task design is to make us use our weak regiment and develop them..in 3 and 5 spot they usually choose our weak regiment and 10 spot mostly our medium ragiment and sometimes take our strong regiment.
I cant say this is the right answer to u, but that is what happening to me.

I was not paying much attention to quest task brigade assignment and thought them random until I read this post and seeing it for myself.
